Services coordination from day one
Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and data are coordinated against the ceiling plan before walls go in — so reflected ceilings, joinery and lighting all land where they should.
Joinery and finishes held to a brief
Joinery is shop-drawn, sample-approved and installed by trades we work with on every project, so reception desks, kitchens, banquettes and meeting fronts come in to the design intent.
Live-tenancy and after-hours delivery
When the space is occupied or inside an operating building, we stage works around access, noise and trading hours so neighbours, staff and landlords stay on side.
